Pentair Filtration Solutions has acquired Carl Prandtl MicroFiltration (CPM), a global leader in sterile air filtration.
CPM brings Pentair Filtration Solutions over a century of innovation and expertise in sterile air filtration technologies in the Food and Beverage industry. CPM sterile air filters feature innovate designs that provide several major advantages over conventional filter cartridges. CPM also offers a line of in-process and off-line filter cartridge integrity testing equipment. It enables Pentair to build on superior technology, increase global capability and thereby provide our customers a broader, more innovative and deeper array of products, services and solutions. “This acquisition will further Pentair’s leadership position in the attractive food and beverage sector, where Pentair Filtration Solutions’ expertise is already highly valued,” said Netha Johnson, Pentair Filtration Solutions’ President.
