New order for the expansion of the Compa??a Cervecera de Coahuila to 25 million hectoliters

While the current expansion stage to 20 million hectoliters is still in full swing, Constellation Brands, USA has already placed an order for the next expansion stage of the Compa??a Cervecera de Coahuila, Mexico: ZIEMANN International GmbH, Germany again will play an important role in the success story of increasing the production capacity of the brewery in Piedras Negras to 25 million hectoliters per year. The project shall be completed in 2017.

The expansion to an annual production capacity of 25 million hectoliters includes two additional brewhouses, one cold block inclusive of tanks and pipework, the automation system and utilities as well as various services, such as engineering, project management and installation works. Currently, ZIEMANN is heavily involved in doubling the production capacity of the Compa??a Cervecera de Coahuila to 20 million hectoliters per year. In the first expansion stage of the brewery ZIEMANN played a leading role, too.

ZIEMANN provides innovative and tailor-made solutions for craft breweries as well as for large-scale breweries – from the malt intake to the bright beer tank cellar. The product range in the area of the wort treatment extends from the malt intake, via grist mills, mash vessels, lauter tuns, mash filters, wort kettles and whirlpools up to wort cooling systems. In the area of the cold block ZIEMANN offers fermentation and storage tanks, bright beer tanks, yeast tanks and all required CIP tanks. ZIEMANN plans, engineers and automates the process and the cleaning technology in all production areas, including the installation of process pipework and the integration of all required utilities. For modernizations, capacity expansions as well as for completely new brewery plants – ZIEMANN provides innovative solutions and is a valued expert.
