India. Beer Cafe forays into retail merchandise with Beerosphere

Alco-bev beer bar chain Beer Cafe has extended its brand to merchandise across close to 30 categories under the brand name Beerosphere, a statement issued by the company said.

Beer Cafe, which operates 35 outlets across 10 cities, said it has tied up with US retailers Chill Puck, Sonic Foamer and Spin Chill for their patented products that would be available in India through Beerosphere.

Beer Cafe promoter Rahul Singh said the cafe chain is projecting revenues of Rs 150 crore through the Beerosphere range over five years.

The chain is backed by Mayfield Fund and Granite Hill Capital.
