Ziemann has been awarded a contract to further expand and modernize the brewery Cervecer?a Centro Americana SA

In May 2014 representatives of the brewery Cervecer?a Centro Americana SA, Guatemala visited the company Ziemann International GmbH in Ludwigsburg. The Cervecer?a Centro Americana is the largest brewery of the Central American country, where it has been operating very successfully in a highly competitive beer market for many years. Consequently, the private brewery, located in Guatemala City, will further expand its production capacities, together with Ziemann.
Ziemann’s scope of supply includes two mills, the expansion of the fermentation cellar by one double tank and three cylindro-conical tanks, the conversion of the bright beer tank cellar to a fully automatic operation with double seat valves and the cellar extension by two double bright beer tanks.

„The decisive factor for placing the order with us, was certainly our long-term and good business relationship and the fact that the brewery knows about our top quality standards. Moreover, we were the only provider of an overall solution”, said Ralph Schneller-Reindell, Sales Director Latin America of Ziemann.
From the brewhouse to the bright beer tank cellar – Ziemann offers tailor-made solutions for small craft breweries as well as for large-scale breweries. The product range in the brewhouse covers the malt intake, mills, mashing vessels, lauter tuns, mash filters, wort kettles and whirlpools up to wort cooling systems. For the cold block area Ziemann offers fermentation and storage tanks, bright beer tanks, yeast and water tanks as well as the required process technology. For modernization projects, capacity expansions as well as for completely new brewery plants – Ziemann International GmbH provides innovative solutions and is a competent and reliable partner.
