ZIEMANN informs about resource-saving wort boiling and the processing of alternative starch sources

The 15th IBD Africa Section Convention will take place in Maputo, Mozambique from March 2 to March 5, 2015. ZIEMANN International GmbH, Ludwigsburg will use this platform to provide Africa’s brewing and beverage industry with first-hand information on current trends and innovations. The focus at the ZIEMANN stand no. 32 will be on the resource-saving wort boiling and the processing of alternative starch sources.

In addition to the proven mash filter TCM (Thin Layer Chamber Mash Filter) the new internal boiler Shark will attract the interest of Africa’s brewing industry. Shark is the first internal boiler with which the brewmaster is able to respond to the specific requirements of the individual boiling phases, even without additional technical equipment, such as transfer or vacuum pumps.

With his technical lecture “Pioneer wort boiling process with innovative internal cooker” Mario Allend?rfer, Sales Director Africa at ZIEMANN, will be presenting the latest scientific findings of the practical use of the internal boiler Shark. This lecture will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 13:30 h.
