OMNIUM Event: A revolutionary development and its testing in practice

This year, visitors to the trade fair will have the special opportunity to gain deep insights into the research and development of ZIEMANN HOLVRIEKA in the course of an information event. The lecture of Klaus Wasmuht, Head of Process Technology, will cover a wide range – from the beginning of the lautering technology up to the latest development, the OMNIUM by ZIEMANN brewhouse concept. It is in use at the Schlossbrauerei Reckendorf since April 2018. The brew master and managing director Dominik Eichhorn has taken on the worldwide pioneering role in the market launch of this revolutionary brewhouse concept. He will talk about the practical experiences gained with the first OMNIUM brewhouse. The information event will take place at the new stand 363 of ZIEMANN HOLVRIEKA in hall 9 on Wednesday, 14.11.2018, from 4:30 to 5:00 pm.
