Situated in the famous beer region in northern France, in the Province of Artois near the Belgian border, there has been a brewery in the 330-people village of B?nifontaine for more than 90 years. This brewery has been successfully run by the Castelain family since 1966. The brewery is famous for its CH’TI lager, which won a gold medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge 2013 and a silver medal at the European Beer Star 2013 in Munich. Since the beginning of 2013, these award-winning beers have now been brewed in a brewhouse from GEA Brewery Systems. (more…)

The visitors, the speakers and the sponsors – all were agreed the Innovation Flow Lounge, which premiered at drinktec 2013, was a resounding success. This new marketing platform increased the number of visitors from marketing and sales by eight percent. 12,000 visitors to drinktec were from this area. 3,344 visitors to drinktec, the “technology fair”, were pure marketing specialists. And, notably, almost all the visitors to the Innovation Flow Lounge gave a top overall rating to drinktec itself – clear indication that this event has successfully brought together technology and marketing. In addition to its tradition role as a technology
showcase, drinktec has therefore now taken on another function: as a marketing interface. (more…)
The new Innovation Flow Lounge during the five days at drinktec 2013, World’s Leading Trade Fair for the Beverage and Liquid Food Industry, proved to be not just a contact forum, but also an idea forum for marketing and launching new products. This was above all made clear at the Talking Table, the regulars’ table for daily panel discussions. Experts from marketing and technology discussed the trend to craft beers, the significance and possibilities of packaging, clever ideas for promoting sales as well as beverage innovations and extras.
