Kirin Holdings reports sales down 1%, net profit up 151% in H1 2011

Japan’s Kirin Holdings Company on Friday reported the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake, which struck on March 11, continued to place downward pressure on the Japanese economy during the first six months of this year, especially in production. The first Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant in Asia opened its doors to guests in Hanoi, in the capital city of Vietnam. Pilsner Urquell has already a lot of fans in Vietnam, and only in 2010 Plze?sk? Prazdroj exported here over 1,500 hectolitres of the lager from Plze?, that is a third more than the previous year. For many years it exported only
