Following the results of 2010 TM “Lvivske” takes the 3rd place in sales volume in the beer market of Ukraine. According to AC Nielsen, the brand share has increased by 2.6 percentage points compared to 2009, and now stands at 12.9 %. (more…)

2010 was a unique year for the Russian brewing industry. At 1 January 2010, the excise duty on beer with 0.5-8.6% ABV was raised by 200%. The decision was made on October 1st, 2010 by the Executive committee of the Lviv City Council (LCC) on the ban of beer retailing after 10 pm, was suspended — until decision making on the merits — by the Halytskyi district court where the prosecutor addressed.
