Kirin Holdings (2503.T) will sell its entire 25 percent stake in Dalian Daxue Brewery to Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI.BR) for an undisclosed amount as the Japanese beer maker reorganises its production in China, the company said on Tuesday.
Kirin, which took the stake in 2004, will continue to own stakes in two other Chinese breweries, a company spokeswoman said.
The Asahi newspaper reported that the deal was valued at several billion yen (tens of millions of dollars). ($1=83.30 Yen) (Reporting by James Topham; Editing by Edmund Klamann)
